1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Nexora website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error caused by a technical malfunction visible at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and will notify you promptly. Product descriptions are based on manufacturer specifications; Nexora is not liable if a product does not meet your specific expectations beyond what is described.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from supplier and manufacturer warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5–8 business days. Nexora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nexora.co with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
6. Product Use
Our products are intended for personal and household use. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions included with each item. Nexora is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow manufacturer guidance. Product suitability for a specific intended use is the customer's responsibility.
7. Product Warranties
Products are fulfilled through manufacturer and supplier partners. Product warranties, where applicable, are those of the original manufacturer and are stated on individual product pages. Nexora does not provide its own product warranty. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us and we will assist in facilitating the process.
8. Intellectual Property
Original content on the Nexora website, including our brand name, logo, and original written descriptions, is the property of Nexora and is protected by copyright law. Product images are provided by manufacturers and suppliers; Nexora does not claim copyright over manufacturer-supplied imagery. You may not reproduce or distribute Nexora's original content without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
