Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free, no minimum required. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship from our US warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days from the time of shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unused condition. Email hello@nexora.co with your order ID to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover return shipping.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email with a link as soon as your order ships — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID at any time.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we have a short cancellation window. Contact us at hello@nexora.co as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Once it's with the carrier, you'll need to use our returns process.
Are your products new and genuine?
Yes. Every product listed on Nexora is brand new and unused, sourced from vetted manufacturers and suppliers and fulfilled directly from their warehouses. We do not sell refurbished or used items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions use TLS 1.2+ encryption and are processed through Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All data transmitted to our site is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Where applicable, products carry the original manufacturer's warranty as stated on the individual product page. Nexora facilitates warranty support but warranty obligations rest with the manufacturer. Contact us and we'll help you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at hello@nexora.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order ID. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. We're working to expand international shipping.
